Maslow's Hierarchy

As a parent, how do you meet your child’s needs at each level of Maslow’s Hierarchy?

  1. First of all, parents need to have jobs and incomes so they can provide food, water, shelter, and safety. Next, parents need to create an environment that allows the children to feel like they belong and are loved. Lastly, parents need to teach their kids values and skills so they can have a good reputation and reach self-actualization.

  2. For physilogical needs you can have a steady job that can provide a good shelter for your child. Then with that steady job with somewhat good money you can let your kids have good sleep, give them food, water, and provide warmth. You have to provide a safe shelter, that has good security and protection against people that would want to break into your house or other things. Your child needs a stable home so they don`t have to worry about that on top of being a kid. You not only have to provide for them money wise you hace to create a realtionsip with them love them give them affection because a child could have everything in th world but without love they will never be happy. A child canot do anything if they have horrible reputation and they cant build one either if they don`t have self-esteem so as the parent you need put confidence in them and tell them having a good repuatuion will be great for the future.

  3. Have a substantial income to give your family physiological and safety needs.
You have to love and tend to your child as well as give them time with peers to socially develop.
Frequently encourage your child and bring them up with adoration and praise on good deeds.
Aid your child with anything they need to find themselves. Give them plenty of space to discover new things and new people and in time they will find themselves.

  6. As a parent, you first meet your child's needs at the physiological level by being financially stable to provide food, water, shelter, and warmth for your child. You can meet your child's safety needs by ensuring he or she has a stable home environment with rules for safety. It is important that the child is protected and cared for when he or she is too young to care for their selves. As a parent, you can meet your child's social needs by making sure that he or she knows that you love them. It is important to radiate affection, acceptance, and respect, as well as spend time together. You can meet the child's esteem needs by implanting positive values in them so they can succeed. As a parent you can also meet your child's self-actualization needs by providing the opportunities that he or she needs to succeed.

  7. Parent can provide physiological needs by giving the baby food and water regularly and making sure that the baby gets enough sleep. Parents can provide safety as well, they can make sure they live in a secure environment, without any problems. They can also have a house, or find shelter for the baby to be protected if they cannot afford it. Parents can give their babies love and affection by spending time together with them, playing with them, bringing them to places and etc. They can also introduce them to family to have more stability. Parents can make sure that the child has good self esteem by giving them confidence, pushing them to their goals. The last one is Self actualization, and although that comes from them, they can support them and make sure they are happy with themselves.

  11. For physiological needs you make sure that the child is physically stable. You would have to make sure the child has a safe place to grow up. You would make sure that no one can hurt them. You would have to make sure the kid has love at home so they can be social when they are not home. Make sure the kid feels important of they won't have self esteem. They also have to know when they are in the wrong, so they realize when they should stop talking.

  16. Physiological needs you can give to your child is a shelter over their heads, with AC and heat, have plenty of food for the baby and plenty of other needs. Safety needs is have a safe place to sleep and being around someone at all times and making sure nothing is happening, anything unusual is happening. You need to show them that you care and love for them. Play with them, make sure you teach them wrong for right. By giving your child a good reputation, you need to show them that they need to have manors and be polite to people. Teach them the motto "teach people how you want to be treated" You need to be a good remodel also and you need to help them achieve their goals.
